Lee Harrison, CEO and Board Director

Mr. Harrison is a proven executive with more than 20 years of management experience in technology companies. Backgrounds in operations, financial control,engineering, sales and team leadership, positions Mr. Harrison as the right leader for Thru. As Director of Operation for Southwest Tele-productions, a Dallas based television post-production company, Mr. Harrison guided Southwest through forty consecutive profitable quarters. Mr. Harrison was founder and CEO of I/O Partners, Inc. I/O Partners was focused on the highly competitive digital broadcast industry. Under Mr. Harrison's leadership I/O Partners accomplished impressive revenue growth in a short period of time. Mr. Harrison established I/O Partners as Discreet’s (a division of Autodesk) largest systems integrator worldwide with over $27 million in revenue, and the company was named by Dun and Bradstreet as the 49th fastest growing entrepreneurial company in the U.S for year 2000.

Sergey Arutiunov, Vice President of Engineering and CTO

Mr. Arutiunov is a member of Thru founding team and serves as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Arutiunov has over 20 years experience in software design and engineering management with the last 12 years in Silicon Valley, and collaborated with large technology and content companies such as Apple, IBM ,Microsoft, and Disney. In his current role, he is responsible for development of all Thru client, server and network technologies, products and cloud services.
Prior to joining Thru, Mr. Arutiunov has been a leader of a number of software engineering teams in Silicon Graphics in the areas of digital media file management, internet infrastructure applications, and computer graphics. He also worked on a number of artificial intelligence applications in diverse areas. Mr. Arutiunov holds a Master degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Moscow University.

Daniel Hurtubise, Vice President of Operations

As vice president of operations, Mr. Hurtubise leads datacenter operations, technical support and professional services. Mr. Hurtubise joined Thru in 2002 and is one of the original developers of the Thru technology platform. Mr. Hurtubise brings over 20 years experience in high tech programming, super computer datacenter management, Unix systems administration, global technical sales support and project management. Before joining Thru, Mr. Hurtubise was the technical specialist for Global Digital Asset Management at SGI (Silicon Graphics). While at SGI, Mr. Hurtubise played an instrumental role in architecting high availability (HA) database management with Oracle databases on the SGI platform for the Canadian Government Communication Security Establishment (CSE). Before joining SGI, Mr. Hurtubise served in the management and system administration in the power system analysis (PSA) computing center created in 1989 by Hydro-Quebec. He attended Algonquin College.

Joe Goodwin, VP Marketing

Having worked under H. Ross Perot, Robert A. Wilson, and the late Stanley Marcus, Joe has accrued more than 20 years experience crafting messages for organizations including: EDS, Neiman Marcus, PBS, and the US Department of Education - as well as an initial IPO for Perot Systems. He serves on the Board of the National Education Foundation, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and the MIT Enterprise Forum. He has published in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Slate, Communication Arts and Rolling Stone, and his work has been exhibited in the Cooper-Hewitt Museum of American Design and the Museum of Modern Art. He has all his original organs and teeth.

James Yonge AM, Chairman

Mr. Yonge has interests in commercial property, waste management and agriculture. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Bank of Australia Group, a Member of the NSW Commission of Audit, Chairman of The Garvan Foundation, a director of the Garvan Institute for Medical Research, Chairman of the Maritime Services Board of New South Wales. Mr. Yonge was also a member, an officer, or a director of several other institutions or companies.

Trained as an engineer Harrison has acquired extensive backgrounds in technology, television operations, digital asset management as well as business planning, finance, sales and marketing. The sales structure at I/O Partners focused on the highly competitive digital broadcast industry, accomplishing impressive revenue and growth. Mr. Harrison guided I/O Partners into becoming Discreet's largest system's integrators worldwide and the company was named by Dun and Bradstreet as the 49th fastest growing entrepreneurial company in the U.S CY 2000.

James K. Sims, Director

Recognized as one of New England's Outstanding Entrepreneurs for 1996, James K. Sims was elected to the EDS Board of Directors on 07 Sep 2006. He has served as chairman of GEN3 Partners, Inc. since September 1999 and CEO from September 1999 to September 2007; chairman of Airgain, Inc. since November 2004; chairman of American EPS, Inc. since February 2005; and chairman of Groxis, Inc. since November 2004. He was chairman of the board of RSA Security Inc., a provider of online identity and digital asset security services, from June 2003 to September 2006 and vice chairman from October 2002 to June 2003. Previously, he was director of Enterasys Networks, Inc. from June 2004 to March 2005, and CEO and president of Cambridge Technology Partners (Massachusetts), Inc. from February 1991 to July 1999.

Scot McKay, Director

Mr. McKay attended the University Of Iowa, Lake Forest College and Keller Graduate School of Management. In 1978 he became the youngest Datsun Automobile dealer in the United States. Scot is a successful entrepreneur whose business interests currently include a Nationally recognized Acura dealership, a high end restaurant group,a real estate development company and Chinese business ventures.

Michael McCoy, Director

Mr. McCoy has twenty- five years of experience in Asian equity markets, the last fifteen with CLSA, with whom he has held a variety of senior roles including Head of Asian Sales, Country Head for Hong Kong, Global Head of Broking, Head of Risk, and Head of Investment Banking. He is currently EVP with responsibility for realizations from CLSA's Aria and Mezz Funds. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Rick Holliday-Smith, Director

Mr. Holliday-Smith has substantially pedigreed executive leadership background, including Chairmanship of SFE Corporation Limited since 1999 until de-listing in July 2006. Rick has served Director of Cochlear Limited since 2005, DCA Group Limited since 2004, and MIA Group Limited (2000 - 2004) until acquired by DCA Group Limited in 2004. He has also served as Director for Servcorp Limited since 1999 and ASX Limited since July 2006. Rick has been Chairman of Snowy Hydro Limited since May 200, and is the Former director of Exco Resources NL (1999 - 2006), Former President of NationsBank-CRT, Chicago and Managing Director of Hong Kong Bank Limited, London.
