• For the administration of the treeMailS Configuration database, the group “LocalDomainServers” requires manager access (including “Delete” authorization) as well as the admin roles “[Admin]” and “[MFTAdmin]”. The system administrator should give the same rights to him/herself. Users responsible for maintaining the personal profiles, company profiles, templates and language configurations have to be entered as “Editor” (without “Delete” authorization). All other users do not require access to the treeMailS Configuration database by default.
  • For the administration of the treeMailS Gateway database, the group “LocalDomainServers” requires manager access (including “Delete” authorization). The system administrator should give the same rights to him/herself. All other users do not require access to the treeMailS Gateway database.
  • For the administration of the treeMailS Log database, the group “LocalDomainServers” requires manager access (including “Delete” authorization). The system administrator should give the same rights to him/herself. All other users do not require access to the treeMailS Log database by default. If specific users need access to the treeMailS Log database, it is sufficient to give them read authorization.
  • For the administration of the treeMailS / MFT Bridge database, the group “LocalDomainServers” requires manager access (including “Delete” authorization). The system administrator should give the same rights to him/herself. All other users do not require access to the treeMailS MFT Bridge database by default.
