This section of the OptiFLOW Admin Guide will show you how to start creating workflows. Workflows can be a simple one step action like pulling in data to a single folder or you can set up more complex multi-step processes.

Setting up a workflow consists of 3 basic steps:

  1. Adding Sources – Choosing what repositories you want OptiFLOW to automatically pull data from into your Thru site folders.
  2. Adding Processors – Choosing what filters and transformations you want OptiFLOW to perform on data that has been pulled into your Thru site.
  3. Adding Destination Actions – Involves setting up actions that will be performed in target repositories after data has been processed. This is also where you can set up notifications for when actions have been performed.
