Lee Harrison, CEO of Thru, is on the Digital Fight Club ticket for Fight #2: Secure Me: Digital Safety across the Ecosystem. He will be duking it out with Stephen Ellis, CTO of Plymouth AI, over data security.
Digital Fight Club asks: “What about the corporate security responsibilities of all those companies exchanging all that data like it was water?”
Lee doesn’t want to give away his fight strategy, but has this to say: “Tech fighting in Dallas? Bring it on! All I can say is this: ‘It might be too much too much,’ but hey ‘big guy, big reach…skinny guys fight ‘til they’re burger’ and ‘only after disaster can we be resurrected.’ ‘Maybe we have to break ourselves to make something better.’ ”
Well, that’s all we got for now.
So, come and see who wins the fight! And, maybe learn a little more about the current digital world.
What is “Digital Fight Club”?
Digital Fight Club puts two technology experts in a boxing ring 2 feet from each other in front of five accomplished “referees” and lets them defend their position on a topic in their field.
And, this is done in front of 500 CEOs, technologists, entrepreneurs and investors … so there is no pressure.
Then the refs and audience (that’s you) vote for a winner. That’s not boring. That’s fun.
…and you might learn something.
Opening salvo: 45 seconds each
Rebuttal: 30 seconds each
Ref’s question: 15 seconds each
Ref’s follow up: 15 seconds each
