Thru has, at its own expense, undertaken the necessary steps internationally to ensure that it treats personal information under the GDPR framework and requirements. Thru as a U.S. domiciled corporation providing services to Customers in the EU provides protection for all personal information used and processed by our European operations under the control of our EU customers who are deemed the Data Controller. Thru is strictly a DATA PROCESSOR by contractual agreement with our Customer sealed by their execution of the DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM which reflects the full scope of this Privacy Policy and how Customer Personal Data is processed and safeguarded.
Further, if a Thru Customer rejects the DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM that Customer is responsible for putting in place another adequate safeguard to protect the personal information.

Users of Thru are able to delete, modify/change personal information using the ‘MY PROFILE’ in the application or request delete, modify/change their personal information after it has been collected by submitting the request via form on Support.

Thru senior management may authorize temporary limited access to support personal to METADATA ONLY (files are encrypted and never accessible) for support purposes.
