Thru as a U.S. domiciled corporation providing services to Customers in the EU provides protection for all personal information used and processed by our European operations under the control of our EU customers who are deemed the Data Controller. Thru is strictly a DATA PROCESSOR by contractual agreement with our Customer sealed by their execution of the DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM which reflects the full scope of this Privacy Policy and how Customer Personal Data is processed and safeguarded.
Further, if a Thru Customer rejects the DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM that Customer is responsible for putting in place another adequate safeguard to protect the personal information.
